I am a native Tennessean, and grew up in Seymour, Tennessee at the base of the beautiful Smoky Mountains. I moved to Knoxville as a college student, and have been in love ever since. I earned a BA degree in biochemistry from Maryville College and my first profession was as a histologist at UT Medical Center. Working in health care was wonderful, but, as they say, life is a journey. I went on to have three amazing daughters, and while officially a “stay at home mom”, I ran my own cake and art design business, as well as worked from home as a freelance writer. When I re-entered the work force outside the home, my fondness for customer service and marketing led me to the insurance field, where I was a licensed home, auto, and health agent, and finally, to real estate. I am a licensed REALTOR®, a member of The Women’s Council of Realtors, a member of the Greater Knoxville Home Builders Association, and on the KAAR Community Involvement Committee. I strive to educate myself and to connect with my community. I am passionate and committed to everything I do, and my objective is that this is reflected in the service, communication, and attention my clients receive throughout our journey together.
