Support Staff

Our easily-accessible brokers and support staff are here to help you grow your business. We are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have. Our transaction coordinator will handle inputting all of your contract paperwork into our internal database, as well as making requested changes to listings, so you can devote your time to your clients!


TREF offers bi-weekly training on a variety of topics that are beneficial to both new agents and seasoned real estate professionals. We also provide one-on-one training when requested. Our training is a useful and necessary tool to expand your business. We believe that knowledge of the industry is a major factor of success in real estate!


Whether you are new to the business or a veteran real estate professional, our mentor program can benefit you! We pair our new agents with someone who knows the ins and outs of real estate and can provide hands-on training. On each of the new agent’s first three closings, the mentoring agent will receive 15% of the total commission (which will come out of TREF’s split).
